2022 Animal Tracks
This is Bird Dog's third release of Animal Tracks. A blend of (in order) Golden Russet, Porter's Perfection, Ellis Bitter, Honeycrisp, McIntosh, Redfield, and Kingston Black, it was fermented in stainless steel then aged for three months in apple brandy barrels from Dead Bird Brandy / Shelburne Orchards in Shelburne, VT. Bottle conditioned with natural bubbles and sediment. Subtle notes of brandy spirit and oak result in a clean, lighter-bodied cider with wonderful flavor. 42 cases made.
Sweetness: Dry ABV: 7.9%
